download thresholds monitoring

im on 20mb service so threshold is 3gb between 4-12pm
do i need to monitor if im just gaming/surfing/watching vids on you tube ?
in the near future im considering some p2p action for mpegs for the first time at which point i will want to install some monitoring software.

what do people think of the monitoring tools vm refer you too ?

DU Meter is quite simple and straightforward to run but you have to run it in each computer in a network and add the amounts together.

Of course, it won't run in any games machine you have using your connection so you'll have to find some way of measuring their usage of your connection.

Yeah I second that, DUMeter is very good. Small footprint, never crashes, just does what it says on the tin.
In my experience gaming uses little bandwidth, unless you are hosting of course. Watching the odd vid on utube is negligable too unless you spend the entire evening watching them..:)
