Slow Speed St6 -stoke On Trent

anyone else having speed issues in stoke on trent im getting under 200 KB/s on my 20 meg connection on usenet and i get a speed test reading on most testers of around 2 meg

Hmmm..have you checked your modem config to make sure you haven't (for some unknown reason) been demoted to the 2meg service. Seems wierd I know but it has happened to some unfortunates.

no the config was fine but as of this morning things seem alot closer to normal so i guess panic over lol
