This isn't so much as help needed as a bit of work doing for free. So if you're not that way inclined, run away from this thread.

I'm on the committee for a uni soc next year, (well october) and we need membership cards, a duty (like most of the others) that has fallen to me. I know who I want the cards off and what I want them to look like, but I don't have photoshop for my mac. Or access to it atm as I'm ~200miles from uni...

Anyway, if anyone wants to - here (http://www.cpcards.co.uk/artworkfrostedcards.html) is where you download the photoshop template.

Aaaannnnnd I want it to look vaguely similiar to this, (http://www.cpcards.co.uk/videos/fire&ice.html) though the cards will be clear, I'm just after that sort of font. With Fire&Ice replaced by BUGGS.

If anyone has the time/generosity to help me out I'd be really grateful.

TIA

Will the company doing the card not do that for you with the design being so simple?

I'll email them now. The only thing putting me off is that they do offer a 'design service' "prices dependent upon logos and design"

I don't fancy paying £40 for someone to spend 2 mins choosing a font, lol.

I'll see what they say though, cheers.

No joy, they're after £40+VAT just to do that. criminal!!

If you just want a small piece in some font, try

In that case I'll have another look at this tomorrow and see if I can sort it for you. Google dafont and see if you can find a font similar to your needs and I'll produce the art work. Thing that hacks me off it it will take me 10 mins but them only 2 and they want £40 for that. rip off.

With out having to look it up can you give me the tech specs? file type, dpi and size it should not be an issue. Done print ready artwork to banner size in fireworks loads of times and it saves as psd as well.

Hey, sorry about that I've been away for a bit.

I managed to get photoshop etc and have made some designs. We're just deciding and will order later today probably. Thanks for the help anyway.
