I've came home tonight to find that I've had to reboot my modem.

Since I have I've had a consistent 20Mb download speed - like it used to be with the 10Mb.

Has something happened?

It's bedding in time. Now all the upgrade rollout is drawing to a close things are perhaps settling now workmen are removing their tools and sandwich wrappers from the line. :)
