Just seen my internet speed running at 500kps I understand that there is a cap if you download so much between certain hours but I have been downloading very little!
Contacted support for a Indian woman to tell me I was being charged 25p a min which took her a minute to tell me !!!!
She said there was no capping and preceded to ask me to go to sites so as to test one of the sites turned out to be a porn site!
No I am paying nigh on 40 ukp a month for 2Mbs service and now am being charged for non existant support by foreiners.... WTF
What are the rules of the capping between what time etc etc ....
