Hello, our Broadband is supposed to be 20MB but usually we're lucky if it gets up to 10MB and now over the past few days we've been lucky to get up to 2MB speeds:td:

Anyone else having this problem?

Also in Cambridge with same type of problem. Moved onto 20Mb just over a week ago and was running at 16Mb. Last few days have been about 6Mb, currently at 10 Mb

I might phone them up as it's getting rather annoying, even though phoning them will be F all help lol.

At least your getting a Mb, most of us here in the north of the country are stuck with 56k speeds and were paying for a 20mb service.

I received a new modem through the post today, registered it with Virgin and i am getting downloads at a minimum of 2MB sec and i ran a few line test and i am getting 17Mb connection.

I guess my modem was at fault then.

My service is not the 20mb, but I normally get between 5 and 8,
but the past few days it has been very slow. I lost out on a
bid on ebay, as at a critical time the page refused to refresh.
The item would have been mine..
