View Full Version : sipgate voicemail?

Contacted sipgate about this but if anyone knows how to solve it in the meantime.

Hacked my homehub to work with sipgate

outgoing/incoming is fine test calls ok dials, get the automated system in english all fine.

Problem is when I dial voicemail number 50000 I get the automated system for voicemail but its in the wrong language...

Any ideas?

If you dial it from another Sipgate able location do you get the correct language?

works of the softphone must be a routing issue with the hub looks like it needs more playing with

the language might be German and for some reason its as if its not recognising me as being a UK customer

:D lol good one... but I was hoping for a solution that doesn't require me to spend months/years to implement ;).
