e-mail help

i am using outlook and want to set it to recieve mail from my other mail accounts. but i can't get it to work, i know i'm using the correct settings as these have worked in the past. pop.mail.ntlworld.com and pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk, the login info is correct. it is driving me nuts. anyone esle having problems, or if anyone can help me please.

If you have double checked all settings and made sure no firewall is in the way then it's a bit tricky to help without you confirming settings etc. Is it all accounts or just one not working.

make sure no password is used for ntl mail, I had endless problems using my setup password, but when I took it off, it works fine

is it not pop.ntlworld.com instead of pop.mail.ntlworld.com
