I'm having trouble with our connection.

Last night the online light was flashing and now I'm getting less than
56k speeds on a 20mb line and I can't connect to the VM status page at
all https://www.cableforum.co.uk/images/local/2011/04/70.gif

There are a lot of these

070804043706 3-Critical D1.0 DHCP FAILED - Discover sent, no offer received

070804043658 5-Warning D520.2 DHCP Attempt# 1 BkOff: 4s Tot DSC:1 OFF:0 REQ:0 ACK:0

in the modem logs and here are the signals

Downstream Value

Frequency 331000000 Hz Locked

Signal to Noise Ratio 37 dB

Power Level 2 dBmV

The Downstream Power Level reading is a snapshot taken at the time this
page was requested. Please Reload/Refresh this Page for a new reading

Upstream Value

Channel ID 3

Frequency 34000000 Hz Ranged

Power Level 49 dBmV

Any ideas?

Thanks

from what uv said the issue ur having is most likely due to an outage

call tech support, call wont be charged, credit will be applied

make sure u tell them that the online light was flashing last night which siganls an issue if nothin raised so far :tu:

Thanks, it was an outage, I had checked all the information including the phone line and the status page and in the end had to phone the Virgin 'rip off' line to get told there was an outage :(

Thanks again

if it wasn't on the status line they should ahve credited the call cost.

make sure it gets credited on ur next bill or phone cus services to find out.

Yep I second that, make sure you get the cost of the call refunded
