What the hell is it

Bloody useless

http://www.virginmedia.com/helpsupport/broadbandmedic/index.php

I remember using the thing to have some live chat with one of their techs(nurses?) when we first signed up last Spring.....That was more fun even than the batphone through to Bombay there if i remember correctly
i did`nt know any better at the time of course so thats my excuse:)

what?

In Hindisght, if your pc is taking ten minutes to boot up it sounds like a bit more than just BB Medic slowing you down possibly?
Of course if it`s some older pc with limited resources then this could also be part of the problem.

You dont happen to have a bunch of other useless stuff starting at startup do you.......or worse?:)
I just assisted another of my poor neighbours earlier today and the amount of crap starting as her machine booted up was just ridiculous.

6 years she`s had a pc thats the worst of it:disturbd:

Personally if i want something starting i`ll start it myself thank you very much and dont need some stupid pc deciding whats coming on at bootup etc.:)
