Need an ID Card Wallet

I'm trying to track down one of those bi-fold type ID card wallets (like the ones the police keep their warrant cards in, but without the shield). Anybody got/seen anything similar and able to point me in the right direction?

Didn't you get them from banks / building societies once over ??? Is that the type you mean, or something a bit classier ?
