what sort of prats work at vm. was to get a call from them at 7pm tonight but im still waiting they have downgrade me from 20mb to 4mb. indian f***ers say they cant help me an they dont know whats wrong.

Looks like you're on the 20Mb judging by your download speeds but your modem config says not :D
