Right i rang the tech support, they said that my modem was active ect ect
but when i rang my mum, she said the ready light is still flashing

my beef is i HAVE to ring from home to do a diagnostic, how the hell can i ring a premium line from home when all i have is a mobile, i dont have a landline?

so basically i may have to pay off a contract because i cant fix my bb because VM cant fix my bb now... basically

anyone got any suggestions please?

so its VM's fault you only have a mobile to call on?

has the modem been rebooted? what is your actual problem with the conenction is it not getting a connection? or some other symptoms?

no its not my fault that i dont take out a phone line with them just in case i have to ring them, is it really, my mob is good enough to ring mates ect on... and i ring cust servs ect from work

my prob is ever since mon night when iv booted the modem up, the ready light stays flashing, then after 2 mins the sync light flashes over and over and over thus i dont have a connection to the internet, i have payed my bills ect
