Engineer Call out Charge £10?

This is something else i joined this forum to find out. After the seventh call to the premium rate call centre they girl told me virgin will charge me £10 for the engineer call out charge?

Surely this cant be legal? im in a 12 month contract, dont they have to make sure the goods are working?

Otherwise i like everything i have, im just shocked at the change this month to the internet services.

You only get charged £10 if you are not in they dont charge you for the service call:)

Face to Face contact with an English speaking technically knowledgable person. Thats worth £10. A pitiful call to 'tech supp' could soon run into a tenner.
