View Full Version : Microsoft Vista
Hi
Apologies if this is a silly question but I have recently bought a laptop preloaded with Vista. Can you let me know if I can use the same broadband disc I used with my Windows XP?
Cheers
I don't think you can. However, assuming your laptop has an Ethernet or LAN connection, you probably don't need to.

You dont need the disc if you ue ethernet just unplug modem connect to the pc whilst its of restart pc/laptop and then boot modem and you should be fine
Cheers for that. Does that mean I can just hook it up to the modem and it should work then? Sorry I'm not very good at any tech issues
