I'm trying to bring my vs2000 phone back to its default settings but it seems that the base phone code has been changed. When I try to change base pin code: PIN PROT is NOT AVAIL. Tried many times phoning the new Helpline but just get that endless guitar music. Does anyone out there know how I can get my base pin code back to the pre-set 0000. Elgin
