Can't access most sites - Manchester.

Is it my end, or is there a network fault? I can't access most sites this morning, including http://news.bbc.co.uk/ also http://hardware.gotfrag.com/portal/home/ and http://hardware.gotfrag.com/portal/home/ to name just a few. :confused:

Are other members having problems accessing the above sites?
