:mad: Grrrrrr.... This is my second thread taking the p*** out of virgin. Ive rang virgin up three time today about the slowness of my internet connection, all the did was sent me a email with loads of checks to do and the i had t ring them back to tell them that after all the tests and checks that my internet was still really slow. After the call they directed me to the virgin edia remote web assistant thing, you have to sign into this thing and it has a button you have to press to start the assistant, but the button wasnt there. I rang back to virgin to tell them there is no button, they said its cause were busy, then they said email all the tests u have done to support@virgin.net. I did this and they havnt done anything yet.

How crap?

Have you tried it without the router yet?
