Its a "outside problem modem flashing so lack of connection. Who do I report/check with out paying 25p per minute ?
You already have a thread for this at http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/12/33617574-cf14-fault-not-listed-anyone-know.html. But, you will need to report the problem. Virgin should refund the cost of the call.
