Hey I’m just posting this here in the hopes someone will have some insight in to my problem.

So the problem I’m having is with my connection what happens is I am connected to the internet for a few minutes and then the connection drops for a few seconds about 10 but its random, it then picks up again normal for a few more minutes, I’ve had this problem for about 2 years now and I have finally snapped it has stopped me almost altogether from playing any online games, I’ve read a lot but most I’ve seen does not help the modem I’m using now is the NTL: 250 but I had this problem before and they just changed the modem but nothing changed.

I hoping someone out there has had the same problem as me and it was fixed in someway.

I've been having the same problem for a couple of weeks now, very irritating, not sure what it could be, certainly not anything my end.

Can you log into the modem (assuming you both are on "newer" modems) and post the info from the downstream and upstream pages, Modem address is http://192.168.100.1 User and Pass is root.
Edit: DO NOT post MAC or IP addresses.
