darth, your upstream power level looks like its borderline, are you having any probs with disconnects? if all is working, ie, not disconnecting, then i would say it is fine.

Bout twice a month its discs but I was just wondering why I dont get my full speed anymore after my wireless router has been installed everything is correct I got a netgear 54mbp netgear adaptor

What speeds are you getting? Check your NIC and see if it has an option to set to full duplex, or auto detect. Maybe your area is being upgraded for 20meg? Is your router and wifi adaptor working in 801.11g mode?

NIC aint connected as I got my wireless I think I know on the settings for the router I am using g and b

Darth, goto openoffice.org and download the setup, see if you get full speed, that mirror should max out your connection (or get somewhere very close). If you still have speed issues try a wired connection to your modem and/or router and try again.

seems ok I used utorrent and I got bout 950KB/s on my wireless network

have you tried connecting through wires? just to rule out any problems with wireless.
Edit, Which router have you got?
Edit to the edit, your upstream frequency is "Ranged" AFAIK that should be "Locked", i'm not sure if that would be affecting anything? Maybe a call to your collegues in faults is in order.
