its set to be upgraded in july. So sumtime this month.

You're contradicting yourself. On the one hand you're saying he's going to experience slower downloads, and on the other; by saying "can't you just buy media?" you're suggesting that once the ugrade is complete, download speeds will increase and so he wont have to buy the media, which is why he's waiting. Confused? Good.

I'm just being silly, I know. :P

Hey no news yet the waiting is killing me, it shouldn't take a whole month just to upgrade the liverpool area should it

I have noticed before that a majority of upgrades will occur in the last few days of the month assigned ie 30th,31st and including 1st and 2nd of following month, there is a chance it will happen before but there's a better chance it will be the end of the month
