Download a file from Microsoft, if you get over 2meg download speeds you haven't been upgraded to 20meg yet :)

(sorry) :) :)

Seriously, download a large file from microsoft.com (say XP SP2) and see what average speed you get back.

i wouldnt, microsoft has some serious speed issues sometimes, it's not a good place for a speedtest.

Download a few files from here (http://gamefiles.virginmedia.com/blueyondergames/) simultaneously.

See what your combined speed is - that's a pretty accurate measurement.

I'm in BD3 and only getting a max of 600kbs on 2 simultaneous connections which means I'm still on 10MB. Speedtest.net also reports 10MB, but VM say Bradford has been upgraded to 20MB ??

Power off you computer/router and modem, and then turn your modem on and then your computer/router.

Power off you computer/router and modem, and then turn your modem on and then your computer/router.

Done that, still only getting a max of 600 on both connections.
