Hi,
I have such question:
We moved to house where Virgin Broadband is already installed (by one of our flatmates). We would like to transfer our broadband to this new location, but... VM told us that we need to get permission from this guy (not from landlord!).
I don't understand why and what can we do if he says no.
Does it mean we will share the broadband or just box with cables?
Anyone had such situation?
