hello everyone :)

myself and loads of others seem to be having routing issues again to the rapidswitch network.

I help run the UKCS gaming servers and we have had quite a few people complain of high ping to our servers, im also one of them that suffers ping of 100ms or higher from about 2pm every day till about 1am.

here is a reverse tracert from one of our servers.

My ip has been removed from this

And looking in this thread at the pings to maidenhead and london we are not alone in this issuehttp://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/12/33613114-anyone-on-the-20mbit-s-yet.html

the thread about this issue on our forums is here
http://forums.ukcs.net/viewtopic.php?t=26107

This routing issue seems to be effecting people who are on VM from all over the country.

In the old days of NTL they use to blame rapidswitch all the time but as you can see from the tracert its not related in anyway to the rapidswitch network.

I am an online gamer and just want to play the games i enjoy but Virgin Media is not helping much. I would phone india but i know they cant deal with this issue and there is no other ways i know of to report network faults, But if someone has a number i can phone i will be more than happy to phone it.

Thanks for your time
