speed question

Hi are things slow tonight in the midlands i have just done a speed test with these figures http://www.speedtest.net/result/148689153.png which seam rather slow for 10mg conection. Also the link i have for modem log will not work any else got the same , or is my link wrong:confused:

Try Dan Elwells Speed Test, or download a large file from MS, for a more accurate speed reading - then, if it is still slow, keep a record, and if it persists, ask for credits for the lack of services.
