VM are so good to remind people about the contract just wondering why we don`t get the service we should get isn`t that breaching the contract that they have with us slow speed no conection down quit few time maybe i will start writing down every day when the service is not there and ask for refound since i am pay for full service not half:mad:

That's a good idea - it gives you evidence to show that the service has not been satisfactory, which will help you if you ask for credit or decide to cancel.

btw, punctuation helps readability...;)

They have liberal SLAs in place which basically mean they can provide a crap service and it's all legal ;-)

this is unfortunately true of most companies in the uk,
funnily enough the laws in other countries ie france, germany even poland!!!! and many others are quite rigid with large companies and consumer contracts

Well, as I have said in another thread, the Status page is saying that 2nd July is a "repaired by" date, so we can only wait.

Funny, how more and more of these posts crop up, complaining about the speeds.

Why not just stick to one thread?

Really sucked off with this speed issue, upgraded to XL last week and my downloads are slower than my uploads??? This is Swansea by the way.
