change net id on 2100c

can someone please advice me how to change the net id on the sammy 2100c from 41044 to 00012.

Will changing the frequency force the net id to change???

There is no legitimate reason why a customer you would need to do this. Cable Forum will not support obtaining services without a subscription. If you are subscribed, and the service is not working correctly contact Virgin Media for a tech to make any appropriate changes
