View Full Version : Well done Virgin Media!
My dad rang Virgin Media CS yesterday morning so we could get a replacement for our old Terayon modem. The CS person agreed that we should get a new modem and sent an engineer 2 hours later. The engineer arrived in the afternoon, looked at the old modem and went back in his van to get a new one. Swapped it over, checked that it was working and left.
Now that's what I call good service. :) :tu:

Sounds better than BT's support, on the phone for 6+ hours and no straight answer about our problem yet ;)
I had V+ installed yesterday - 40 mins to install and working fine so far
Superb service, 2 hours later, that is very good :)
Exactly! 2 hours is excellent! Faster than them sending us one in the post. :)
