Not in South Manchester its not :(. Still no upgrade

If we are being traffic shaped then we should have the upgrade. Why do i think we will not see the upgrade this side of July :td:

had my upgrade in oldham on the 27th of june, before that my download speeds in the evening where around 800k a sec now that i have been upgraded my evening download speeds are around 500k a sec which is a complete p*** take if you ask me :(
