Is this true?
Im trying to cancel, but retentions are telling me I entered into a new contract when I moved house.
Im almost certain I was told it was not a new contract.

Just spoke with the Home Move department..
The terms changed in February of this year. If you move NOW, you enter into a NEW contract. If you moved before Feb, you dont enter into a new contract.
