Hi guys
Is anyone on the 20 meg service getting the same issue.
in the evenings I am getting less than 512k. the speed test on here was giving me around 200. Whereas when i wake up in the morn i get around 6000.
Can shaping rreally drop me by that much??? I thought it would only drop in peak hours to 5000 but outside that i should be getting full.
I mean on Sat i was getting around 9000 on wireless and 18000 on wired. What changed over the weekend
I spoke to tec support and all they said was I could be affected by traffic shaping and I could be affected by network faults. however, they did say that the 200 was very slow and that they would send an engineer round. wait is 2 weeks!! :shocked:
Can anyone point me in the right direction at all??
