hi all :)

recieved this email today from v/m saying

From 1st July, our broadband helpline number is changing and from then on it'll cost 25p per minute to call from a Virgin home phone, plus 10p to connect. Mobiles and other networks may vary. The new number is 0906 212 1111.

more money grabbing :(
so now if we have a problem we have to pay 10p just to connect?
so this means every time we get cut off ie they say the lines busy when we ring back well get charged 10p again :(
daylight robbery im off when my contracts up.
i know it doesnt seem much but it could add up from all the disconnections theyll give us :(
and they dont even give us an online assistant of some sort live chat etc.... :(
