Derby Service Interruption

Did abyone experirnce an interruption to their broadband and tv in the derby area between midnight and 4 am on tues moriing the 26 june

Don't know, as I was asleep. That is a typical time frame for network maintenance to be underway though, was anything listed on status page for 'leicester and surrounding areas'?

Yes When i called the service status freephone number last night they did say that there were some upgrades to the leicester area and users may experience service I asked customer service but they didnt even seem to know about the leicester updates but i suspect this affect the Derby area as well am i right?

Yes, leicester area includes Derby.
