I am a former Bulldog customer, and I am glad to say former, due to constant billing problems. So I decided to give Richard Branson a try..... An engineer was booked to install my service on saturday between 12 - 6. Too my horror and a lost days wage, he didnt show up. If they would have phoned me and told me that they wouldnt show up that would have been fine, i was stuck in the house all day waiting for this mob to show up and install it for me.
On calling customer services they kept fobbing me off... too my horror they are exactly like bulldog.
