Slow speeds in GU14 Farnborough area

Is anyone else experiencing issues?? Im on the 20 meg service and getting under 1 meg at the momement...

Am Also In farnborough on 2 Megs most of time service is ok but after 2100 during the week might as well not bother . Many websites will not open or take ages to open . My Ntl webspace is often unavailable or Uploads time out
NTL dont want to know . I dont Download much other than MS updates .
This set up is used mainly for EMAIL and Website and forum updates
the service starts to drop off around 1530 time and as i said 2200 SNAIL Pace
