According to DrTcp, I should set my RWIN value between 80000 & 250000 (or there abouts) for my 10mbit/s "fibre optic" service OR between 64000 & 120000 if I choose "cable" as my service.
Problem is, I'm not sure wether the service I actually have is classed as cable, or fibre optic broadband (as the Virgin website might suggest when they say they will lay fibre cables).
Just what should the RWIN value be set as?
