Since joining NTL several years ago I have never had any speed issues. I progressed from 600k to 1M, 1.5M, 3M to 10M, now with family left home I'm on 2M. I've always had on or near what it said "on the tin", until now. Now I'm getting 940K, half speed, despite not downloading anywhere near the 350M limit!
Anyone else in this area having this problem?
