I'm having a strange issue with a website, www.addictsupplies.com.

I've ordered from them about a month or so ago. The website would load up fine. I've tried to access the website again recently and for some reason it refuses to load now. All I get is a blank white screen.

I have spoken to the owner and he assures me its still up and running and they've been taking orders fine.

Can those on Virgin cable try opening the website please? Is it just me!?

Confirmed, can't access the site from South Wales, no proxy specified.

Trace route seems ok.

I think you may need to escalate this to technical support, but do it quick ;)

May be usefull if anyone on this site is on a non VM connection to try it for you.

Oh and Bill....I know your an SG fan, as am I, but is it too much to ask for an Amanda Tapping Avatar, or Cluadia Black? :)

I can however successfully tracert it :confused:

The difference between the two is that on the first tracert there is a lot of routing through Telewest servers, in the second, to another US site, there isn't.

Its plain weird. Because about three weeks ago I could access it fine, placed my order etc. Now all of a sudden, cannot access.

I've let the owner know via e-mail. I've no idea if this is an ISP problem or domain problem.

EDIT: Just had someone I know on BT try to access, no joy for them either. So its not isolated to cable users.

I can access perfectly it via a non-UK proxy, but through VM it just shows a blank page.
