No BB In St.Albans, Does anyone have BB

My wofe has phoned me up to tell me that she does not have internet access at home.

She has unplugged the modem & reconnected the router we have, but still no access.

I cannot see any problems on the status page.

So is anyone else having problems in the Sandridge area of St.Albans.

I am in Ricky connected via Watford, no issues here but its slower than normal at this time.
Do you connect via Luton?
