Dude you have a use here on the forums your a helpful and knowledgable guy. Dont allow the disruptive elements to wind you up as you will only end up with warnings before action is taken against them and they aint worth it. Let them get on with it

Might be a worth while accessory to get for July 1st when england goes 'smoke free'. Hmmm, could be why they want to limit calls to tech support from that date as well; don't want to have staff rioting about customers with spyware whilst being low on nicotine.
