One person is fine,i have the same set up only using Nationwides Flexaccount and on line banking.
It did it as part of changing gas and electric suppliers on uswitch. Was asked the question as part of giving my bank details !
Thanks

The answer depends on whether you have set up the account so that funds can be drawn out of the account with just one signature or whether both signatures are required. The simple answer is - If you can issue a cheque on one signature then you can sign a DD mandate on one signature.
