Hello,
I ordered virgin media last week for my father in law (i am already customer) and did it online for the 3 for £30
Mobile/Broadband and Phone with the free ugrade to phone xl and also at the time it was 300 free minutes and three hundred texts per month on the mobile.

I recieved no confrmation email from them. My father in law just recieved a letter saying the order but without the mobile. He has called them and said it was never ordered, they can do it now but only with the 100 texts and minutes.

Is there anything i can do as recieved no confirmation email but definatly ordered this correctly as clicked on the bundle and ordered it thorugh there.

Had a similar experience. I never received a confirmation email and when I got my contract through the post the services were wrong. Took 3 phone calls to get them to put it right. It's all fine now but waiting to make sure I am billed correctly.
