Does this cap effect ONLY the downloading Does it effect the user and count on the 3GB mark if the person uploads as well as downloads? bassicly both directions? which is it downloads uploads? or both count as trafic for the 3gb cap

can i only download 3gb then not be capped if i upload 2GB extra?

i have read the virgin site and they state nothing about uploading

Uploading, downloading..It's all data-transfer as one mans upload is another mans download.
Upload+Download=total data transfer. This is what is monitored.
