BB Error 800 - SE18

A friend upgraded with VM recently (last week) new V+ & 2 samsung stb! All tv is working fine - but the broadband will not install!!!

Keeps coming up with error 800 on the install screen - when we call the helpline is says there are problems in SE18 - I live round the corner & I have no probs!!

Can anyone tell me what Error 800 is? Any help would be appreciated!

The registration server may be down which as an already set-up customer such as yourself, won't affect you. New custoemrs trying to register modems/services however will have trouble, Advise to keep badgering tech support about the issue.

Spoke to my mate last night and after speaking to CS, Virgin have ordered an engineer to come out on Saturday!
