Hey

Just wondering if its possible to upgrade to 20Mbit over the web and where would I go to do it? If there is, how long would it take to upgrade?

Upgrades can be fairly instant.

Your location will command whether you get 10 or 20Mb.

You are guessing correctly, although they will say you don't. ambit 100's can handle the speed for surfing but if you are a heavy downloader / uploader they keep rebooting
