Had a problem a few months ago with being charged for Two TV XL's.
One said TV XL, the other I TV XL. Well, I got that sorted as Virgin went back on their deal to give me free Multiroom. Now I pay £5 for multiroom. No Biggie...
Now? TV XL, TV XL and I TV XL have all appeared! lol
Its funky! I like having all these errors, because if you throw enough of a fit, then the CS team give you a credit. Class!
I just cant understand why things are still getting done wrong!
