20mb worse than 10mb!!!

Well maybe this is the straw that breaks the camels back. After nothing but trouble on all three services (TV,Phone,Broadband). Broadband speeds on my 10mb where around 5 - now the 20mb rollout and they are around 3! Phone service has taken 6 months (still not sorted) to just keep our old number - and a month to realise that our smart card wasnt paired (thanks to cableforum posters!!!) where do i now stand on moving away from this nightmare?

BT for phone, Sky for TV, but goodness knows if a DSL supplier will give you a better speed.

Jesus! Does your ex work at virgin by any chance? You have had one heck of a service there I would say.

It took 8 DAYS to transfer our number across.

If everything you have said is true you should try to speak to a supervisor at Virgin. I am sure you would get some discounts and they would come round and sort everything out sharpe.

I have found the phrase ‘would it be possible to speak to someone with some initiative’ works well.
