Modem D/C When Camming On Live

Hi

I have a silver 120 modem

Been working fine for the last 4 years

Been fine with xbox live and anything else xbox wise.

However i got a live cam and when trying to do video chat 1 on 1 the modem shut down, i've restarted the modem and everything, tried connecting the 360 directly to modem, and still same results, its usually connected via linksys wrt54gs router.

This is really frustrating, do i need the modem replaced?

Just got off the phone with them, explained the problem, but because he can't replicate the problem and the modem is coming back as ok, he can't issue a tech order for the modem to be replaced. And he says i need to order a new modem from CS.

So i need to pay CS for a new modem?, great!

so unplug it, phone again, tell em its gone off altogether now, theyll send ya a new one :D
