1 hour later and still no joy. I have spoke to 7 different people and their answer was to take the proxy server settings out of my browser (and I didn't have any in there).
All I wanted to know is when I go to the VM website and manage accounts, (Give users within your household different access rights) it says "old email account" has restricted your access to this page.
If this is an error, please contact a customer service representative.
Chance would be a fine thing as the customer service representives I have spoken to today are completly usless !!
This is the first time I have even been in to this area and yet nobody seems to have a clue and I am getting very annoyed !! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Any ideas who I could phone to try and get this sorted !!
